Through the lightness and simplicity of a narrative (Amedeo's apprenticeship, eager to receive Stefania's teachings) the reader will enter the world of shamanism: he will experience fundamental shamanic methods, access the Sacred Pipe Ceremony, the Shamanic Circle, the Journey to Meet the Guide Animal, the Journey to Meet the Spiritual Master, and advanced experiences such as Soul Retrieval and Shamanic Extraction. Ho'oponopono, the Hawaiian method of problem solving, will be the focus of the narrative, but another very important aspect will be explored: the close correlation between shamanism and internal martial arts such as Qi Gong, Nei Kung and Bagua Zhang.
